The Surgeon Scene is a deleted scene from Hellbound: Hellraiser II. The scene starts out with Kristy and Tiffany planning their escape from the hospital. They plan to take the elevator to the ground floor and just walk away. Instead, the elevator takes them to the hospital's basement instead of the ground floor. The women walk down one of the hallways. They're confronted by two doctors, one female and one male. The male doctor demands to know why the two women are down there. He states the basement is only used for surgery on mentally ill patients.
Kristy and Tiffany sense something's wrong with the doctors. The doctors remove their surgical masks. They're Pinhead and the Female Cenobite. Kristy and Tiffany spin around and run back to the elevator. The elevator doors slowly open. The women get in with seconds to spare. When the elevator doors open on the ground floor, Chatterer lunges at them. Kristy and Tiffany manage to dodge him. They push the buttons to close the elevator doors. Chatterer tries to grab them, but his hand gets stuck in the elevator doors. He screams as the elevator descends.
