Synopsis
A young boy loosens his teeth as he sits at a table with a strange creature made from teeth.

My Thoughts
I find this teaser for Channel Zero to be the most disturbing of all the teasers released so far. I think it's because the scene starts out looking so calm and normal and then it shows the young boy removing his teeth as he sits across from the tooth monster. The sounds of the boy's teeth cracking also get to me. I've always had this big fear of my breaking my teeth, or having them fall out. I remember as a kid, there were times I would even walk around with my hands over my mouth because I thought if I fell, then maybe my hands would protect my mouth and somehow prevent my teeth from smashing into something. I know, I know; I was crazy.

I want to know how the entity got in the house. Maybe watching Candle Cove is enough to invite it inside your house. That's how Bughuul from Sinister and Sinister 2 and Sadako from Ringu. Alternatively, maybe the entity has to be invited in, like a vampire.

If you would like to read the original Candle Cove, you can find it at Kris Straub's website, Chainsaw Suit.

Channel Zero will premiere on Syfy on October 11, 2016, at 9 / 8 c (in the United States).
